A consultation and patch test will be required at least 48 hours prior to any treatments. All consultations are FREE! 

A £25 deposit is only required after the consultation if you decide to book a treatment in order to secure your first appointment. This deposit will be held as a rolling deposit and deducted from the total cost on the day or rolled onto the next one. If an appointment is missed or cancelled late, a new deposit will be required to continue treatments.

• Just a polite reminder that children & pets are not permitted to come to your appointment for insurance purposes.
• Cancellations & Rearrangement of Appointments – Your deposit of £25 will be held if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or No-show your appointment. A new deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.
